Sunday, February 14, 2016 - Pale pink salmon in color; a good and steady tiny bubble stream. Forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of fresh strawberries & raspberries with lovely floral aromas, some yeast notes, minerals & citrus undertones. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of sweet strawberries, raspberries & watermelon with yeasty, stony, minerals & lemon chiffon. Lingering crisp dry finish. Drinks quite well at present & has some limited potential for further development with an additional year or two.
