Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Full body Chablis. At age 17, acidity is reduced, but still moderate. Minerality dominates but in aged way, with a little sherry aftertaste. Beautiful wine, enjoyed as an aperitif with cheese and fish and olive tapas.
