Thursday, December 22, 2022 - Light yellow. Nose is rich and generous, with deep floral and somewhat mineral notes, as well as peaches, apricots, melon, some violets and a touch of nutmeg. Mouthfeel is round, rich, full bodied, floral, somewhat mineral with moderate acidity and notes of peaches, apricots, melon, some violets and a touch of nutmeg on the very long finish.

This is a bold and full bodied wine, yet still elegant, fresh and vibrant. It's decadent and flamboyant, but very well balanced. This is just delicious!
