Saturday, August 31, 2019 - Lovely. Really like these when young (or ten years later). Ripe apricot fruit, some exotic notes, hint of fennel, perfumed, but with good zip of acidity and structure on finish to keep it balanced. Only after one hour opened and warming too much did it feel a bit clumsy.
