Sunday, May 17, 2020 - After an hour of decanting, it is beautiful blueberry and blue fruit. Almost like a blueberry sauce (Acqua al 2). Delicate chocolate covered cherries but not a robust sugary cherry. Delicate. Gorgeous rose petals. Light alcohol taste despite it’s actual value.

Continues opening up- a bit of wax candle. Maybe wax candy. Apple.

Bouquet of roses. Beautiful. Elegance and delicate. Bit of oiled leather now. Still elegant apple and power. Almost overdrive of power. Pushing through
Oiled leather and crisp red honey crisp apple. Lovely. Last drop was perfect

Final notes: could have used additional time decanted. The power was pushing through, even the last drop. The first hour with the blueberry was delicious. Alcohol pushed through the end more than it was in the beginning.
