Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Brought to a large group dinner. Followed one glass over 30 minutes or so. Especially liked this when it got a little warmer (guessing 50F or so).

Chamomile, lime, lychee, white flowers with strong mineral backbone. Racy acids. This was fantastic!
