Didn't make a detailed note of this. Had a hard time getting to Sauvignon Blanc, definitely need more experience with high quality Loire Sauvignon to improve this. Very mineral, flowers, lemon, high acid. This would be good with an elegant fish dish.

Bring a Nice Bottle (The Kenwood, Mpls, MN): Pale straw color. Drank a glass over an hour plus. Same bottle as Bellissimo and others. I think his note speaks volumes when he says "world class", yes, absolutely. Love the nose with chamomile, lychee, white flowers, mandarin orange, and lemon. The palate shows the chamomile also, with flint and dry stone minerality that drives the ship, tart, expressive citrus notes of mandarin orange and lemon, lychee and gooseberry. Lean, driven and really good.

Luis back on the Saddle @ The Kenwood: PnP - Let me start off saying that I am not a big fan of Sauv Blanc, but this one was pretty darn good! Lovely floral nose of white flowers and stone fruits, with a wisp of sea breeze. Palate was quite restrained (as would be expected with a Sauv Blanc), but still showed lots of acidity, and dominated by lemon rind, Meyers Lemon, citrus, Chamomile tea, with hints of oyster shell and mild berries. A very pleasant Sauvignon Blanc that I could drink and enjoy (which says a lot!) 93+ points (and that may be conservative for those who adore Sauv Blanc).

Brought to a restaurant, shared with friends. No formal note taken (others will be more diligent) .
Lemon, gooseberry, lychee, strong mineral component. Very classy, expressive acids, initially served a bit too cool needed to come up in temp to best show itself.
World class!

In a really good spot right now. Gorgeous floral nose that was quite jasmine tea like. Good acidity, and when served nicely chilled, it is such a beautiful summer wine. Paired brilliantly with a pan roasted striped bass with a rich lemon sauce and a stir fried scallop dish with mixed vegetables.

Amazing, great start to dinner. Fresh citrus well balanced! Not a huge sauv blanc fan but this was great.

Brought to a large group dinner. Followed one glass over 30 minutes or so. Especially liked this when it got a little warmer (guessing 50F or so).
Chamomile, lime, lychee, white flowers with strong mineral backbone. Racy acids. This was fantastic!

Luis' Group (Kenwood): If you don't like Sauvignon blanc, try this. Crazy mineral, almost funky, with tea leaves and a touch of lime.
