Saturday, November 18, 2023 - Didn't make a detailed note of this. Had a hard time getting to Sauvignon Blanc, definitely need more experience with high quality Loire Sauvignon to improve this. Very mineral, flowers, lemon, high acid. This would be good with an elegant fish dish.
