Thursday, November 11, 2021 - Opened and decanted by HMC....probably the best I have ever tasted for a Sojourn cab! In a really good spot right now with sweet, dark fruit, rounded tannins and balanced acidity. Very nice, Jimbo!

This has put on weight and the fruit density has picked up considerably. It's in a really good place! Just not sure how long HMC had it in the decanter. I suspect at most an hour and we enjoyed it over 2-3.

11/14/2021 10:37:00 AM - DB, I would...it's in a good place now with a 1-2 hour decant.....but that's just me. I was impressed at how much weight this had put on, in bottle over time. Very flavorful dark fruit, too.
