Friday, January 6, 2023 - Pnp at 14°C in Zalto glass, virgin palate and high thirst. Nice classical nose of hay, pomelo and a hint of pine apple. Mouth fine, elegant and gently mineral with a core of pomelo acidity a hint of pineapple juice, slightly butter, and a final of dry hay. Good length, medium power and so elegant. A solid 91-92.
