Friday, November 22, 2019 - Newly Released Saumurs from Romain Guiberteau (Dig Wines, San Francisco): Medium yellow. Strong scent of underripe lemon. Lovely glycerine texture unencumbered by wood, broad flavors of herb and citrus framed by the fantastic Guiberteau acidity. Very long. Impressive quality and aging potential.
