Saturday, May 1, 2021 - The Opener 2021 (The Ranch, WI): Light pink color. Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. This was another boat wine, and it wasn;t quite at ideal temp. I'm generally a big fan of Chinon rose and this was another good one. A Kermit Lynch selection which generally bodes well too. Very nice tart red cherry and citrus notes gravitating to tangerine. Good mineral notes and acidty balance the fruit nicely. 89+ to 90pts.
