Monday, April 10, 2023 - Crimson-black; black cherries, blackberries, black currants, strawberries, tar; restrained ripe currant/berry, juicy acidity, good heat, good structure, firm tannins, good finish
Decanted 1 hr, needed more. Ripe, dark berry flavours with youthful acidity, tartrates, 14.5% alcohol and tight tannins. All the components of an ager, needs 10+ years.
