Friday, January 31, 2020 - Nine years later. Everything is right about this grizzly bear of a wine. The tannins are dusty, but the fruit is radiant, the minerally power and drive are exemplary and the balance and texture are impeccable. Excellent length. Still youthful, but a brief decant releases it from its aromatic shell. Early maturity, great future, until 2045-2055 with ease.
