Monday, September 5, 2022 - Four hour decant, this exhibits cherry notes, wet stone, celery and underbrush in both the nose and palate. Air is a requirement for this one, it starts off too dominated by the vegetal side of its nature, air time allows its funk to blow off and it fruit side to come out.
