Sunday, June 18, 2023 - From an Enomatic sample. Very Cab S aromatics, almost raw impression with highly perfumed nose and a good dose of oak. From the aromatic intensity one would perhaps thought this was more of a fruit bomb, but not at all. Fine tannin and medium body impression. Very Bordeaux like but I guess that’s what the wine was intended to be. Needs at least another 5 maybe 10 more years in the cellar.
