Saturday, October 28, 2023 - 3.5 hrs slow ox. Earthy nose is reminiscent of bdx with earth, mushroom, muted red fruit. Surprisingly tannic but still well-balanced. Quite dry mid palate leads to a lengthy finish, this was extraordinary with Rose's homemade pasta ans meatballs but theres tons of sediment even in the middle of the bottle
