Sunday, September 20, 2020 - Although 2017 has been challenging for the most winemakers, that was not the case with Becklyn and Quivet Napa valley entry level Cabs. This 2017 Quivet is a winner! Dark ruby/ purple color, dark fruit - blackberry, cassis, dark raspberry, and dark cherry with nice fruit extraction for a wine of it’s class. I was pleasantly surprised to find a number of bottles in the cellar, Yippee! Personally, I like this one better than the 2016 and 2016 was a spectacular vintage. 93+ points.
