Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Really good—. Pulled for grilled hanger steak and Saturday night football. Wow. A complete wine with a beautiful nose of rose petals. A bit dry on the mid palate — built for a nice tomato based sauce I am sure. Perhaps a ragu when winter hits?!

I digress.
