Sunday, December 3, 2023 - This bottle had some singed herbs, newsprint, bay leaves, plums and medium ripeness berries. Felt a little leaner on the palate than I expected, but had something of a slight fleshy texture. I liked this a little more than I expected — seemed to have that subtle special quality. Tasted like it had a little more age on it than it does.
