We were enjoying a variety of other outstanding wines that night and this carricante wound up in my refrigerator almost untouched 7/8ths full.
I revisited it a day and a half later but it really hasn’t changed. A somewhat mundane sip that might work chasing an appetizer of oysters on the half shell. But so would a decent muscadet or dozens of other bottles that are available for less than 1/3rd the cost.
