Thursday, January 27, 2022 - La Tablee: Bonneau retrospective (Mercerie): Interesting wine. We had all of the 2014s and it was something to compare across. I'm not sure I was as taken with the Celestins. The floral here was almost overpowering. Hand soap on steroids. Very different from the other wines. This was the first vintage that wasn't all Henri and perhaps there was some learning to it.
