Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - medium gold colored. nose of ripe golden apples and honey. slightly oxidized. medium bodied with a very well integrated high acidity, not too sharp. rich and unctuous apple and honey flavors with a great herbaceous twist. a little bit leesy as well. walnut oil at the back. medium length finish with a gentle, clean taper. uniquely savoie and among the better examples.
