Saturday, September 22, 2007 - Pinot Noir tasting: Dark, yet clear red color. Intense nose with red currant and cherry, and something kind of undefinable, rhubarb? On the taste it has similarly intense fruit and some tobaco. The different, unknown nuances make it somewhat interesting.
