Pinot Noir tasting: Dark, yet clear red color. Intense nose with red currant and cherry, and something kind of undefinable, rhubarb? On the taste it has similarly intense fruit and some tobaco. The different, unknown nuances make it somewhat interesting.

The Las Brisas vineyard is on a southwest facing slope. On the nose, there’s lots of minty raspberry fruit. Very young and simple, but I found it growing on me. Excellent finish with nice spice. Very Good Indeed.

flavors of cola, red cherry, and strawberry. a little lacking in acid that makes the wine feel dull. this is clearly a new world pinot.
