Sunday, October 25, 2020 - Medium-deep bright reddish garnet in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & mulberries with overtones of floral notes of roses & earthy/dusty notes, spices, dried herbs, some leather, minerals & a slight hint of oak in the background. Medium-full bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of sour cherries, strawberries & pomegranate with herbs, spices & minerals. Lingering finish. Although it is presently accessible with decanting & extended airing, it will definitely benefit & develop further with additional aging.

11/18/2020 3:00:00 PM - KUDOS for the typically *superb* TN, my friend! :) I thought briefly 'bout visiting 1 or the other of our favorite shops for a bottle or 2, but as we're already cellaring older vintages of Piemonte Nebbiolo -- & so far the relatives have shown *NO* appreciation/joy for that varietal... :(
