Thursday, May 26, 2022 - Opened to breathe for 3h. Pale garnet, long legs in the glass. On the nose, sandalwood, spices, roses. On the palate, red juicy cherries, more sandalwood, chewy tannins and a smooth acid and peppery finish. Lovely feminine style barolo, tonight paired with agnelotti in Torino.
