Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Took this as a beak wetter to a christmas pot luck. Did I ever mention how much I love pot luck gatherings? :-/
Nothing but French fruit roll ups...Never the less, preferred this way more to the California wines people had brought. Descent acidity, I think this will peak early in about 3 years and god only knows what will happen during sunset. Drink or Hold

    1/4/2024 7:42:00 AM - This is essentially a go to house wine that is hard to pass up. I think the sweet spot for this wine (with some exception) is release+5. That's the spot where it has gained elegance, with softened fruit that remains vibrant and in balance with the irony saint estephe terroir notes. My favorite is still 2015 for elegance and 2018 for depth. I have one bottle waiting for me...February.
