Monday, December 13, 2021 - (From Conterno Sensory). Nose isn’t as explosive as I would expect/hope for, but it is very pretty - potent apricots and dried apricots, a real nice combo of the yellow fruit and stones-minerals, some spices and maybe a touch of bacon. The palate is enters quiet and ramps up to be very potent but contained - yellow fruits, apricots, very spicy, good minerality. Very salty and minerally going into the finish along with a dollop of apricot. Long and salty and good. Nose: 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5-5.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1-1.5/2 = 16-17.5/20.
