Saturday, December 16, 2017 - I was concerned that this bottle may be well past its prime. A taste straight out of the bottle seemed to confirm my concerns. There was an odd sweetness and, despite the age, some harsh tannins. After decanting for two hours and serving it with food, it opened up beautifully. Delightful. I wish I had another.
