Thursday, November 25, 2010 - Drunk with smoked salmon at Hawksmoor-clean bright yellow color, very youthful appearance. a nose of ripe fruit, some nutty marzipan. in the mouth a delight. it was big slightly viscous (guess thats the 99) but very clean and straight. med high acidity, some nuttiness. filled the mouth, great length. very enjoyable bottle
