A riper aromatic profile than the bottle had a couple weeks ago. Yellow citrus and mineral notes. Much richer on the palate as well. The additional time open definitely made a difference, but there was a still a pretty good amount of structure. Nice cleansing acidty. Overall showing well, but I would have liked a longer finish.
