Thursday, December 4, 2014 - Vogue Musigny dinner (Everest Chicago): This was enjoyable at first, but really came into its own after about two hours. Lovely acacia blossom, citrus oil and wet stones. Outstanding balance and subtle depth. Towards the end the nose was a fascinating mix of minerality and strawberry pie. Really delightful.
