Wednesday, August 25, 2021 - Just superb, was mineral and saline at the beginning but then with a decant it opened up into a bouquets of white flowers. This can match or surpass any grand cru burgundy in terms of its complexity and structure. This could easily age for another couple decades and would likely get only better.
