Firstly, it is a brilliantly well integrated wine which suggests it is probably at its peak, albeit not even close to decline. There is a richness almost honied note on the nose, followed by a fullness in the mouth that is almost Montrachet like. Yet it doesn't lack in minerality or acidity and this is probably what holds it perfectly in place in your glass for the duration of the evening. Definitely a wine to seek out.
