  醒酒半小时，深金黄色，闻香有焦糖，蜂蜜，橘子，椴树花，烤面包和奶油的香气，陈年老酒，香气特别，有一点黄酒带着花香的感觉，入口酸度中高，酒体不大，香气漂亮，橡木桶影响明显，奶香四溢，植物辛辣混合着柑橘类水果的味道，还有美国白葡萄酒容易捕捉到的煮玉米的味道，收尾稍微有点辛辣，伴随着奶油味。比上一款酒有着更复杂的香气，虽然能明显感觉出是老酒，但是它依然绽放，令人愉悦。如果口中多些胶质感，那就更是好上加好了。

  Drunk at Crown Super Deluxe in Hong Kong - This was quite a revelation for me given I was expecting to have to pick oak chips from my teeth before this was opened. Firstly, it is a brilliantly well integrated wine which suggests it is probably at its peak, albeit not even close to decline. There is a richness almost honied note on the nose, followed by a fullness in the mouth that is almost Montrachet like. Yet it doesn't lack in minerality or acidity and this is probably what holds it perfectly in place in your glass for the duration of the evening. Definitely a wine to seek out.

  Similar note to my last tasting. Required 2 hours of decant and it's worth it. The warner it got the better it tasted.

  From a magnum. A tremendously balanced wine, perfect assimilation of fruit and stone, wood and minerallity, acidity and cream. More beautiful than powerhouse this wine is a tribute to great Cali Chardonnay.
  
  Given last nights Chardonnay lineup this stood out and was the WOTN.
