Wednesday, February 21, 2024 - Champagne, Red Burgundy and Riesling - Q by Peter Chang (Q by Peter Chang - Bethesda, Maryland): I was informed that this is 100% Pinot Meunier. Very Ceric Bouchard like vinous nose displaying subtle yellow and red fruit, apple, peach and raspberry soda, marzipan, sweet spices and limestone. Beautifully integrated palate, finely layered subtle yellow fruit, very fine shy mousse, elegant and polished, medium acidity, fine mineral, and a medium to long subtle yellow fruit driven nutty finish. It really reminds me of a BdN Cedric Bouchard. This is a very user-friendly stylized wine.
