Friday, November 24, 2023 - Excellent and complex. The nose starts like a Burgundy - struck match and minerality, subtle citrus. That leads to lime and lemon peel, a subtle bit of grip like grapefruit pith, fresh herbs and mint. Composed and giving, with some viscosity to it. Long finish with medium + acidity. Memorable and different.
