Monday, April 3, 2017 - Smells of chestnuts, dried fig, grilled meats and dark chocolate. The palate is full, round and glossy. There's plenty of mocha/chocolate notes and a jube-like quality to the fruit. It gets more savoury with air and tannins are relatively plump yet the wine has freshness.
