Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Starts a little briary then smooths a bit. Dusty tannins, med-high acidity. Hollow flavor profile, hints of red and blue berry. A little iron comes in as it opens up. One good thing is it is not overly sweet and briary like some Washington. Day 2: much better. Smoothed out, dark fruit profile with iron and leechee, medium body with pleasant dusty tannins. So give it some time in cellar or open ahead and decant.
