Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Young and primary, a clear yeasty/sponti type signature, beautiful fruit, flowers and herbs as well. Textured and fresh, crunchy fruit and zippy acids. Lovely wine, but probably needs 5+ years to really show its powers.
