Tuesday, January 24, 2023 - Dark crimson red in colour. Rather dusty and firm tannins with serious structure that dominated the fruit at first, but with time the dark red fruit became more expressive and crunchy. For a supposed natural hipster wine, this tasted quite traditional and achieved a good balance.
