Saturday, December 16, 2023 - Two hour decant. Very deep dark electric magenta color. Apricot-infused chocolate cake and cassis dominate right now. Dry, plush, full bodied palate. Full tannins on the longish finish.

This is young, a touch tart, and austere. It will certainly improve. I’d suggest waiting a year and give it a 3-4 hour decant.
