Monday, May 15, 2023 - Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Plush, smells expensive, good quality oak shows caramel, vanilla, ripe plums, violets, cream. Juicy, concentrated, savoury, quite dense, chewy tannins black fruits with a little red hued fruit underpin, again a fair lick of alcohol warmth on the finish helps carry things long. Woof
