Saturday, February 3, 2024 - Very tasty immediately after opening, but got better as it aerated. Strong notes of black raspberry, cherry, minerality, graphite, and vanilla cake.

Wine was medium bodied, and acidity was medium but also restrained to where none of us felt like we were getting heartburn. This was very enjoyable and has aging potential for up to 5-10 years I’d say. Went extremely well with authentic Italian food, and a good value even at the $20 I paid.
