Monday, May 15, 2023 - Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Red cherry, sweet spice, a little plummy note. Fruit forward. Medium plus intensity acidity, sweet cherry fruit with a savoury underpin offering a touch of charcuterie, talc textured tannins, slight alcohol warmth on the finish. By itself probably a perfectly pleasant midweek quaffer but here it's a touch anonymous
