Monday, December 9, 2019 - Glass: Zalto Universal
Popped and poured, drunk over two days. Perfect bottle, cork, fill-level. Clear, youthful medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose. So fine, fresh and young! Ripe citrus notes, chalky mineral notes, fine herbs (woodruff), tangerine, vanilla crescent and some petrol. All interwoven, dense and multi-layered.
On the palate also very fresh and juicy. Only 12% abv. Medium+ acidity, almost racy and stimulating. Tannin gives this wine a good grip. Orange peel/zests, tangerine, smoky, herbs, fresh citrus, chalky mineral notes and some slight petrol notes. Great. Wonderful texture, harmony and balance. Long, juicy and lingering fine finish. This wine is at its full peak! Amazing experience! 93-94
