Sunday, January 15, 2023 - I had a bottle of this a few weeks back and self rated it 93-94 mentally at that time but forgot to write a note on it. HMC opened this bottle yesterday and thought it was drinking at its peak before and during dinner tonight. It had a pretty basic Napa cab nose, very dark red and smooth fruit, with no sharp edges to the wine. Nicely balanced and nicely integrated, too. I'd put this bottle in the 94 range tonight. Looking forward to my other couple of bottles in the cellar.
