Wednesday, November 29, 2023 - LCBO Tasting #1 I went in expecting to be Bombarded by those Chilean and Carmenère (92%) trademarks but the 8% Petit Verdot balanced it out very well.

Lovely soft bell peppers on the nose along with red chilies, and violet. The bell pepper and chili also followed through on the tongue but were subtle just like the nose. Some raspberry, jam, blackberry, and cherry came along for the ride. Medium tannins, acidity, and finish.

This wasn't the best of the tasting, but it's the one I want to dance with.
