Monday, February 14, 2011 - Last bottle of this but it is the best. Just wonderful aromas of moss and forest floor. The red fruits and acidity are in perfect proportion. Just as good as the last bottle (notes on 9/8/10). Went perfectly with prime choice Angus Porterhouse and Fillet Mignon steaks on the Weber charcoal grill. This is how Valentines Day is done!
